How it works:

  • Call to request a VW Mobile Service appointment
  • An advisor will ask where you’d like the service performed and will take you through the available services
  • An advisor will schedule your appointment and inform you of the cost
  • On the day of the appointment, you’ll receive a reminder and an estimated technician arrival time
  • When the technician is on their way, you’ll receive an updated arrival time
  • The technician will greet you and review the services to be performed
  • Once the service is completed, you pay online via online bill pay, and you’re done
